We are not rich. There is no magic pool of money. Hard work, research, ingenuity, tenacity, passion, care, focus and negociations are our only tools. We have been intially approved by Homes England to access investment from a substantial Social Housing fund. We have some tricky hurdles to overcome: BOPAS Accreditaion, Partnering with a Housing providor, finding land and gaining planning permission. All of these factors are being looked into and addressed .
We need and want people to get involved by showing interest, offering skills and/or applying to being a resident though we do not think there is going to be a shortage of applicants.
