We are studying LILAC a 6 year in the journey, 20 homes Low Impact Living Affordable Co-Housing in Leeds acheived.

We are not rich. There is no magic pool of money. Hard work, research, ingenuity, tenacity, passion, care, focus and negociations are our only tools. Endeavoring to 'keep it simple' and therefore inexpensive, we are using our in-house design which has been granted Registered Designs by UK Interlectual Property Office.

We are proud to present Truly Affodable Housing - Day and Night Pod.

These are actual photos of 2 Day and Night Pod 'Basic'model built as a pilot to prove the effectivness, efficency and cost of build.

We have been intially approved by Homes England to access investment from a substantial Social Housing fund. We have some tricky hurdles to overcome: BOPAS Accreditaion, Partnering with a Housing providor, finding land and gaining planning permission. All of these factors are being looked into and addressed .

We need and want people to get involved by showing interest, offering skills and/or applying to being a resident though we do not think there is going to be a shortage of applicants.

This is a monthly social event where interaction can happen.
